Job Description: Title: Partner Manager, Digital Merchandising and Performance Support P3 Location: Remote – USA Reports to: Sr. Program Director OEM Vacancy: Existing vacancy The Role: The Digital Merchandising and Performance Support Partner Manager oversees and leads the Digital Merchandising Dealer solutions program for an OEM client and provides campaign performance support to the Digital Advertising Partner Manager team. The position is the point of contact for all defined digital merchandising program deliverables and will effectively oversee multiple projects and work streams to ensure program delivery is on time and within budget, while exceeding client expectations. The Digital Merchandising and Performance Support Partner Manager will oversee all program activities supported by a team consisting of digital solution providers, support team, product marketing, training and technology. The Impact You Will Have in This Role: This role brings our OEM client’s vehicles to life in the digital world by figuring out which merchandising tools and creative experiences actually spark interest, build excitement, and move shoppers closer to purchase. Beyond shaping what great product storytelling looks like through sight, sound, and motion, this role also builds hands-on expertise in how different merchandising components perform across the right media channels by partnering closely with and supporting the Digital Advertising Partner Manager team. The perfect candidate for this role will learn how merchandising tools come to market through paid media, how they show up in real dealer campaigns, and how to connect great creative with smart channel strategy. The result: better digital experiences for shoppers, stronger performance for dealers, and measurable impact on OEM sales. What You’ll Be Doing in This Role: Lead the overall digital merchandising Dealer program to execute and achieve stated business objectives and ensure success with the OEM and their Dealers Work directly with the OEM dedicated personnel onsite/remotely to deliver day-to-day operational elements of program Assess client needs and determine best solution to exceed the client’s expectations Work with a team of digital solution managers and provide direction to cross-functional teams including, providers, dealer support team and product and technology teams. Development and deliver presentations for clients regarding program status and results Manage relationships with our valued partners and tangential partners supporting the digital merchandising efforts for the OEM including OEM agencies of record Assist Digital Advertising Partner Manager team with digital advertising deliverables, audit requirements, co-op management, account and campaign linking, and heavy-up responsibilities. Work with program managers to deliver business requirements and project plans as appropriate to meet changing client needs and requirements Provide ad hoc support to the Digital Advertising Partner Management team Provide client with monthly suggestions for increased media efficiency Leadership Responsibilities: Support departmental goals and other operational activities in partnership with leadership Perform regular One-on-One’s with vendor partners and facilitate team meetings Actively participate in organizational goal setting and establishment of organizational objectives for the digital merchandising and SmartDigital solutions team Qualifications of this Role: Minimum of 3-5+ years’ experience working directly at or with an OEM client or in retail digital merchandising or advertising programs 3-5+ years working in the automotive industry Media and asset creation experience preferred but not required General understanding in the areas of automotive digital marketing, websites, digital advertising, leads, CRM, marketing analytics, ROI, etc. Understanding and or experience working with Dealers or Dealer groups on digital marketing programs, consulting or executing campaigns Engaging personality with the ability to connect with a diverse range of people Self-starter with ability to manage multiple projects Ability to lead internal and external meetings and be an articulate and active participant, ensuring the discussion stays on track Ability to deliver instructions in a clear and concise manner; providing the proper materials and documentation when necessary Excellent verbal and written communication skills and confident with group presentations Identify risk and work with other leader and internal group to resolve conflict Superior analytical and organizational skills and demonstrated ability to pay attention to details Take ownership and accountability over the process ensuring success OEM and Dealer oriented team player with the ability to motivate the internal team while providing program leadership The Hiring Manager says: Our team is looking for a Digital Merchandising and Performance Support Partner Manager who has some experience in retail automotive marketing and/or automotive merchandising. This is the range we reasonably and in good faith expect to pay for the role at the time of posting.
