Full Description
Our client is actively seeking a Vice President of Operations. This is an on-site executive role based in Houston, TX. You should apply if you have: • 12+ years of progressive leadership in pharmaceutical manufacturing operations • Direct experience managing both sterile (aseptic) and non-sterile (solid/semi-solid) manufacturing • Proven track record overseeing large-scale GMP operations including tech transfer, audits, and scale-up • 5+ years of executive-level management, leading cross-functional teams of 100+ staff • Demonstrated success with inspection readiness, deviation/CAPA management, and regulatory compliance • Experience driving operational scale-up and delivering predictable, reliable output across multiple SKUs • Familiarity with AI/automation in manufacturing, workflow optimization, or data-driven decision-making • Strong background in talent development, succession planning, and building high-performance teams • Expertise in cost control, yield improvement, and capital project execution This role offers the opportunity to lead from the front, shaping the culture, systems, and operations of a fast-growing pharmaceutical manufacturer.
