Position Summary JC Davis Power is seeking a driven and adaptable Inside Sales Manager to help build and scale a critical function within our growing organization. This is a newly created role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and enjoys shaping processes, testing new ideas, and contributing directly to business expansion. In this role, you’ll play a key part in our revenue engine by qualifying inbound opportunities, proactively identifying new leads, and tracking construction projects that align with future sales efforts. You’ll work closely with both Sales and Marketing—ensuring field sales representatives stay focused on closing while you help uncover and develop new opportunities. What You’ll Do Convert inbound calls, website inquiries, and marketing-generated leads into qualified, sales-ready opportunities. Proactively research and track construction projects to identify upcoming sales opportunities. Maintain an active construction project pipeline and share timely insights with field sales representatives to support targeted outreach. Research new construction projects and general contractors using platforms such as ConstructConnect, Dodge, TDLR, and LinkedIn Navigator. Participate in online and in-person lead generation events as needed. Track and report on lead generation performance, highlighting successful strategies and recommending improvements or changes where needed. Help build and refine inside sales processes that can scale with the company’s continued growth. What We’re Looking For Proven experience in inside sales, sales development, or lead qualification with strong consultative selling skills. Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset. Comfort working with CRM systems and standard business software. A highly organized, self-motivated professional who can adapt quickly in a changing environment. A collaborative team player who operates with integrity, accountability, and professionalism.
