Insurance Restoration Projects include single facility, multi-family, and commercial / industrial water and fire mitigations and reconstructions, ranging in size $2,500.00 to $2,500,000.00 Role Description JC Beal Construction LLC is seeking a full-time on-site Project Manager / Estimator specializing in Insurance Restoration for projects throughout Southeastern Michigan. Responsibilities include overseeing property restoration projects from inception to completion, estimating costs, proposal submission, and ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and timelines. The role involves coordinating with clients, contractors, and internal teams, managing construction schedules, and ensuring project quality and safety compliance. The ideal candidate will have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while fostering client relationships and maintaining accurate records. Qualifications • Experience with project management, construction scheduling, and restoration processes. • Proficiency in cost estimation utilizing Xactimate or a similar excel based estimating product • Knowledge of insurance restoration processes, including working with adjusters. • Strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to effectively coordinate with teams. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to liaise with clients and contractors. • Ability to work on-site in Detroit, Michigan and travel throughout SE Michigan. • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.
