Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position for a Structural Engineer based in our Springfield, NJ office. We are seeking a motivated Structural Engineer familiar with building design to perform structural analysis and detailing associated with our mid/high rise building projects. Responsibilities include preparing construction documents, collaborating with architects during the design process and contractors during construction to ensure coordination with project requirements. We utilize our Revit and CAD teams to document our designs into detailed drawings and models. The Engineer will be required to focus on delivering practical solutions within project timelines. Qualifications • Structural Analysis and Modeling Experience (RAM and/or ETABS required) • 2-8 Years of Practical Experience • Strong problem-solving skills with an attention to detail. • Understanding of Building Codes and Material Specifications. • Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering; EIT required (PE a plus). • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders.
