We are hiring several senior Business Development Manager in India and US who has direct experience selling staffing services to US clients. This is a hunter role outbound, metrics-driven, and commission-heavy. • This role is not for account managers.. ✅ What We’re Looking For What You’ll Do • Prospect and acquire new US staffing clients • Execute outbound sales via: • LinkedIn Sales Navigator • Cold email • Cold calling • Conduct discovery calls with: • HR Leaders • Talent Directors • Hiring Managers • Founders / CEOs • Qualify job orders (perm, contract, contract-to-hire) • Coordinate closely with recruiters and delivery teams • Maintain clean CRM data • Drive revenue from net-new clients For India - Mandatory Requirements • 4+ years selling staffing or recruiting services • Proven experience selling to US-based clients • Strong outbound sales background • English (spoken & written) • Comfortable working with: • Cold outreach • Rejection • Monthly targets • Willing to work in US time overlap Compensation Base: ₹12 – 15 LPA per year + Placement fee + bonuses Why JBA.com • Direct access to US leadership • Clear commission rules (no games) • Long-term growth path • Serious sales culture no fluff, no micromanagement • Opportunities available to apply or H1/GC to move to US For North America: Depending on experience and book of business.
