Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and innovative E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Manager to lead the online presence and digital marketing strategies for a menswear retailer who will be expanding in e-commerce. This role offers an exciting opportunity to craft compelling digital campaigns, optimize e-commerce platforms, and elevate brand visibility across multiple channels. You will be responsible for driving traffic, increasing conversions, and building a cohesive digital experience that resonates with our target audience. Responsibilities • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to boost brand awareness for in-store and online sales across all e-commerce platforms. • Manage and optimize the company’s website using WordPress, ensuring content is engaging, SEO-friendly, and aligned with brand standards. • Utilize SEO tools and perform keyword research to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic. • Implement conversion optimization techniques to enhance user experience and maximize sales performance through A/B testing and analytics insights. • Create compelling content for social media marketing campaigns, including copywriting, graphic design using Adobe Creative Suite, and video content creation. • Manage paid advertising campaigns across Facebook Advertising, Google Ads (including SEM and Google AdWords), and other digital channels to drive targeted traffic. • Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, performance marketing metrics, and analytics tools; adjust strategies accordingly to meet KPIs. • Oversee email marketing initiatives using marketing automation tools to nurture leads, promote new collections, and retain customers. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product launches, promotional events, and seasonal campaigns to ensure cohesive messaging. • Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing, SEO best practices, e-commerce innovations, and social media management to keep the brand ahead of the curve. Must-Have • Shopify experience (hands-on) • Short-form video content creation • Instagram & TikTok posting experience • Basic paid ads knowledge (Meta Ads) • Comfortable being in-store and on camera when needed • Strong organization and follow-through Nice-to-Have (Not Required) • Menswear or fashion industry experience • Klaviyo experience • Google Ads experience • Photography or video editing skills • Gary Vee / content-first mindset Qualifications • Proven experience in digital marketing management within the fashion or menswear industry preferred. • Strong proficiency with SEO tools, Google Analytics, Google Ads (including SEM/Google AdWords), Facebook Advertising, and marketing automation platforms. • Skilled in content creation including copywriting, graphic design (Adobe Photoshop/Creative Suite), HTML/CSS basics, JavaScript, SQL knowledge is a plus. • Familiarity with WordPress or other content management systems (CMS) for website updates and management. • Experience with conversion optimization techniques and performance marketing strategies. • Ability to analyze data effectively to inform decision-making and optimize campaigns continuously. • Excellent communication skills with a flair for storytelling through social media management and content creation. • Knowledge of B2B marketing strategies is advantageous but not essential.
