Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Human Resources Manager specializing in Talent Acquisition & Expansion to lead our post-launch growth initiatives. This role involves developing and executing comprehensive recruiting strategies to attract top talent across various functions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, expertise in HR sourcing, and a deep understanding of employment laws and HRIS systems. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape our talent pipeline, enhance employee relations, and support organizational expansion efforts through innovative recruitment practices. Duties • Lead end-to-end talent acquisition processes, including executive recruiting, campus recruitment, internal recruiting, and social media management. • Develop and implement sourcing strategies utilizing ATS platforms such as Workday, Taleo, iCIMS, PeopleSoft, and others to identify qualified candidates efficiently. • Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and leverage tools like Lever and Salesforce for lead generation and candidate tracking. • Conduct thorough interviewing and assessment of candidates to ensure cultural fit and skill alignment. • Negotiate employment contracts, offers, and manage onboarding processes including employee orientation and training & development programs. • Ensure compliance with employment & labor laws while maintaining accurate records within HRIS systems like UltiPro, Kronos, ADP, or Paychex. • Collaborate with leadership on succession planning, employee evaluation, employee relations, and performance management initiatives. • Engage in research to stay current on HR trends and best practices; utilize cold calling techniques for proactive talent sourcing when necessary. • Manage social media channels for employer branding; develop strategies for internal communication and relationship management within the organization. Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead talent acquisition, workforce coordination, and organizational scaling as we expand our proprietary IP platform and multi-industry operations. This role is critical to recruiting the right technical, operational, and business talent to support IP development, engineering, e-commerce, logistics, sales, and project execution. The HR Manager will work closely with executive leadership, sales representatives, and business development teams to align hiring with live purchase orders (POs), active projects, and post-launch growth. Compensation for this role begins post-launch and/or is funded directly from executed purchase orders procured by sales and business development teams.
