Project Manager – Rebranding / Packaging / Labeling (Medical Device / Global SKUs) Location: Maplewood, MN (Remote MN, USA) Duration: 12 Months Tools: Excel, Power BI, Project Management Tools, Reporting Dashboards Skills: Project Management, Stakeholder Management, Cross-Functional Collaboration, Regulatory Compliance Knowledge, Risk Mitigation, Milestone Tracking, Cost Management, Supply Chain Knowledge, Process Improvement, Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred), Operations Management, Communication Skills, Analytical Skills, Attention to Detail, Ability to Work in Ambiguous Environments Job Summary The IT Project Lead III will lead end-to-end project management for multiple product family level rebranding, packaging, and labeling initiatives. This role ensures regulatory compliance, global supply continuity, cost control, and timely delivery while collaborating with global, cross-functional stakeholders. The role also serves as a Business Process Subject Matter Expert (SME) and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end project management for rebranding, packaging, and labeling projects • Ensure regulatory compliance and global supply continuity across product families • Manage project costs, schedules, and milestones • Collaborate with global, cross-functional teams and stakeholders • Track milestones, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans • Escalate issues and gaps to leadership in a timely manner • Act as a Business Process SME and support continuous improvement initiatives Experience Requirements • Bachelor s Degree or higher with 3+ years of experience in product commercialization, supply chain, or operations with project leadership experience OR • High School Diploma/GED with 5+ years of experience in product commercialization, supply chain, or operations with project leadership experience • Experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously • Experience working with global teams and stakeholders • Experience with global regulatory requirements and global SKUs (medical device or pharmaceutical industry preferred)
