Job Title: Data Intelligence Analyst/Engineer Location: Remote. Duration: 12+ Months (Extendable) Duties: • Experienced data intelligence analyst with a project management background to support Solventum’s rebranding process. Primary responsibilities include: • Supporting the Regulatory and Rebranding team’s data requirements to support a global rebranding project • Identifying and leading data cleansing activities on critical regulatory data • Defining and optimizing change management processes and tools between systems utilizing regulatory data • Support governance activities to ensure change requests to data and systems align with requirements from global stakeholders in Regulatory, Quality, and Operations • Identify requirements for integration between systems and for analytics team to optimize the rebranding processes • Design, develop, test and publish ad hoc reports on Power BI as requested by the management team and provide analysis of these reports on data visualization tools. • Conduct data reviews for technical gaps and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve them. • Gain understanding of and continue to support data policies and procedures • Leading data rule creation and Regulatory submission data analysis Preferred Qualifications: • Master’s degree in computer science, Mathematics, Finance or Statistics. • 5+ years of data analysis experience • 1+ years of project management leadership • 1+ years in MedTech industry • Experience conducting large scale and complex data analysis to support business decision making • 1+ years working with Regulatory Information Management systems or Regulatory Data Syndication • 2+ years working on global projects • Proficient understanding of Power BI, SQL, Python, Spreadsheet Modeling, machine learning models and AI workflow Skills: • Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) in computer science, engineering, statistics, business or finance from an accredited institution • 3+ years of project management leadership • Three years of work experience in data science, business analytics, business intelligence or comparable data intelligence field. • Three years of experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) in computer science, engineering, statistics, business or finance from an accredited institution Remote Skills: Analysis Skills, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Business Analysis, Business Intelligence, Business Support, Change Management, Change Requests/Orders, Computer Science, Data Analysis, Data Science, Data Visualization Tools, Decision Support, Finance, Financial Reporting, Information Technology & Information Systems, Leadership, Machine Learning, Mathematics, Power BI, Process Improvement, Project/Program Management, Python Programming/Scripting Language, Regulations, Regulatory Submissions, Requirements Management, SQL (Structured Query Language), Spreadsheets, Statistics, Systems Analysis, Test Plan/Schedule About the Company: Javen Technologies Industry: Computer Software
