About the role The Director of Sales Operations will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of sales systems, processes, and analytics that make Jasper’s sales engine predictable and scalable. This role partners closely with sales leadership, revenue operations, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment across go-to-market motions. This fully remote role reports to the CRO and is open to candidates located anywhere in the continental US. What you will do at Jasper: Partner with Sales leadership to translate revenue goals into operational plans, quotas, and territory design Lead annual and quarterly planning processes, including capacity modeling, territory assignments, and quota setting Collaborate on go-to-market strategy by defining segments, motions, and ideal customer profile Design and continuously improve all core sales processes across the funnel Standardize sales methodologies, playbooks, and enablement resources Align workflows between marketing, SDR, AE, and CSM teams to ensure smooth handoffs and minimize friction Own and optimize the sales CRM (e.g., Salesforce or HubSpot), ensuring clean data, automation, and integration Manage the broader sales tech stack (engagement, forecasting, analytics, CPQ) Collaborate with data and engineering teams to develop reporting dashboards and operational tools Build and maintain dashboards tracking key sales KPIs, conversion rates, pipeline health, and win rates Lead forecasting cycles, pipeline reviews, and variance analysis Provide insights that drive data-informed decision-making and sales effectiveness Lead and mentor a high-performing team focused on process excellence and data-driven execution What you will bring: 10+ years in sales operations or revenue operations within a B2B SaaS environment 3+ years of experience managing and developing sales operations teams Expertise with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and supporting sales tools Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization and forecasting Proven track record of translating strategic goals into operational execution Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities Demonstrated interest in and enthusiasm for AI tools and their application in sales operations Bias for action, ownership mindset, and ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments Compensation Range At Jasper, we believe in pay transparency and are committed to providing our employees and candidates with access to information about our compensation practices. The expected salary range for this role is $180,000-$225,000. Compensation may vary based on relevant experience, skills, competencies and certifications.
