The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects while ensuring alignment with company goals and client expectations. This role requires excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills to manage resources, timelines, and deliverables effectively. • Key Responsibilities:* • Lead the full lifecycle of projects, from initiation to successful delivery. • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders. • Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation. • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. • Facilitate effective communication across cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients. • Prepare and present progress reports, dashboards, and project documentation. • Drive continuous improvement by analyzing project outcomes and applying best practices. • Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. • Qualifications:* • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus). • Proven experience (3+ years) managing projects, preferably in a remote or distributed team environment. • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches). • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira, or MS Project). • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage stakeholders. • PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is an advantage.
