Full-Stack Growth Marketer We are looking for a technical, creative, and hyper-autonomous operator to act as the "CEO" of our customer acquisition at JPro. We currently acquire customers profitably through SEO and Meta ads; your job is to take that over, identify the new opportunities (webinars, influencers, podcasts (spinning up our own or appearing in someone elses’), conferences, whatever) and 10x the volume while keeping (but preferably improving) ROAS and CAC, then iterating. No budgets or roadmaps will be handed to you – this is a “CEO of Incremental Growth” role: you diagnose what actually moves the needle for us, build it, execute it, measure it, and scale it — entirely solo at first; team building, like customer acquisition, will be a function of projected returns and hurdles. This is a pure execution role for a "full-stack" growth marketer who understands that customer acquisition must be cashflow-positive and profitable. Whether you are a high school student, an ivy league college grad, or an industry veteran is irrelevant—all that matters is your ability to generate revenue profitably (and to demonstrate that ability to us). The Role & Requirements: • You understand all the KPIs that drive B2B SaaS performance (CAC, LTV, NRR, etc.) • You live inside AI tools and turn them into unfair advantages daily • You are very comfortable working with APIs, writing a quick python script, and throwing workflows in N8N to spin them up fast • You can build a lander, launch an agent, stand up a new paid campaign, build and test a new lead magnet, and pipe data to a dashboard before your second coffee. • You don't wait for permission. You launch, measure, and iterate on campaigns daily. • You’re fluent across platforms like: Reddit, TikTok, Snapchat, Instagram, YouTube, forums, Discord, LinkedIn, X, etc. • You understand what it takes to ship and scale: viral loops, partnership channels, influencer campaigns, evergreen funnels, webinar systems, cold email at volume, affiliate programs, creative distribution hacks, web scraping + outreach, community-led growth • You’re obsessively data-driven and can set up tracking, dashboards, and attribution from scratch • You move extremely fast, ship daily, and kill underperforming experiments without emotion – you are filled with urgency and curiosity and a need to win. • You deeply understand positioning, framing, and creative that converts — technical depth + taste This job is full time, in-office, in Boca Raton, FL (not part time, not work from home one day a week, not remote, not negotiable).
