Supporting client reporting through performance report delivery, data reconciliation, inquiry response, custom reporting, and project execution.
Bachelor's degree and at least two years of performance reporting experience with preferred SQL and strong time management skills.

The individual selected for this role is responsible for supporting the firm’s client reporting efforts through quarterly and ad-hoc performance report delivery. What you are good at: Analytical Ability: Able to effectively review information and data to identify issues and opportunities. Initiative: Proactively identify opportunities to enhance operational processes. Client Service: Meeting and exceeding customer expectations by providing timely and attentive responses to client requests. Team-Oriented: Collaborating with team members and other departments across the organization. Responsibilities: Reconcile accounting system positions Evaluate daily and monthly performance numbers to ensure accuracy Respond to service inquiries from Janney Financial Advisors and firm management Input outside custodian statement data into our system Create custom reporting to satisfy client requests Organize and execute department projects Support GIPS composites (global investment performance standards) Generate client performance reports What you have: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in operations/financial industry FINRA Series 7 license preferred At least two years of performance reporting experience preferred Prior experience with portfolio accounting/performance and reporting software (e.g. Vestmark) preferred Technically proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge of SQL preferred but not required. Superior time management and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work and meet tight deadlines Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility to the business Team player that works well with others This role will be hybrid, the individual will work approximately three days per week in-office.
