Job Overview We are seeking a Senior NOC and SOC IT Engineer to serve as the final point of escalation for our operations center. In this "Top Tier" role, you will bridge the gap between Network Operations and Security Operations. You will not simply monitor screens—you will be responsible for architectural stability, deep-dive troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and threat hunting across our critical IT infrastructure. This role is dynamic and highly demanding, requiring attention to detail, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to build trust, influence clients, and collaborate seamlessly with both business stakeholders and technical teams. Duties • Act as the cyber governance subject-matter expert, guiding business units and technical teams on best-practice implementation and compliance expectations. • Architect and operate robust and scalable systems for compliance assessment, data loss prevention, endpoint protection. • Build, lead and mentor a high-performing cybersecurity team focused on continuous excellence, improvement, and innovation. • Develop, maintain and manage a comprehensive governance framework—including communication, documentation, and policy creation aligned with business and local governance requirements. • Engage with multidisciplinary stakeholders to resolve network complexities and strengthen network operations. • Ensure the governance framework integrates stakeholder feedback, meets regulatory obligations, and reflects industry benchmarks. • Ensure that established procedures exist for the proper clearing, sanitizing, and disposal of all types of hardware and media. • Identify and implement process improvements using agile methodologies and automation to enhance efficiency and productivity. • Integrate NOC and SOC tools with broader IT systems and infrastructure to support smooth data exchange and maximize operational efficiency. • Measure and report governance program effectiveness using data-driven insights, informing sustainable improvements. • Oversee that all cybersecurity team members and network undergo the necessary skills and security training to support their operational duties. • Partner with external and internal auditors to support assessments and audits, ensuring timely, compliant responses aligned with local government standards. • Utilizes systems and tools to identify, document, track and resolve reported problems. Qualifications • 2+ years related IT SOC NOC experience in a professional IT setting • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment • Demonstrated experience as a NOC and SOC Manager Engineer, including strong leadership and architectural oversight. • Must be proficient in Google Suites, Microsoft ecosystem, Verkada and Zoho. • Must have strong problem solving, customer service, and analytical skills. • Strong foundation in networking concepts, including protocols such as CCTVs, firewalls, routers, and switches.
