COME JOIN OUR TEAM!! We are looking for an experienced Property Management Staff Accountant that will perform accounting tasks of great variety. A Staff Accountant is a thorough professional with a practical mind and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be able to work autonomously and responsibly. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: The Staff Accountant should possess at least 5-7 years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, general ledger, bank reconciliations & GAAP principles. Understanding of 1099 reporting. Excellent communication skills are necessary as you will be dealing with clients, vendors and off-site staff at numerous locations. Microsoft Office & Excel is required. REQUIREMENTS: 5 years accounting experience. 1 year of RealPage experience.
