In this role, you’ll own the product backlog, translate vision into actionable work, and partner closely with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes.You’ll act as the voice of the customer, balancing strategic goals with day-to-day execution—ensuring the team is always working on the highest-value initiatives. This role blends strong product thinking, clear communication, and pragmatic delivery in a modern Agile environment. Principal Responsibilities Product Ownership & Delivery• Own and continuously refine the product backlog to ensure it is well-groomed, prioritized, and aligned to business outcomes• Translate customer needs, business objectives, and technical considerations into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria• Clearly communicate product vision and goals at the start of each release and throughout delivery• Use customer feedback and stakeholder input to inform prioritization and tradeoffs Partner Deeply with Engineering & Design• Collaborate daily with engineers and designers to shape solutions from concept through delivery• Write clear, outcome-oriented epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria that enable fast, high-quality execution• Participate in design reviews and actively influence user experience and workflow decisions Lead in a Modern Agile Environment• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (planning, standups, reviews, retrospectives) with an emphasis on outcomes and continuous improvement• Empower the team by providing clarity, context, and timely decisions• Track and communicate progress using meaningful metrics Drive Alignment Across the Business• Act as the primary product contact for stakeholders, balancing competing priorities with transparency and confidence• Clearly communicate roadmap, progress, risks, and tradeoffs to leadership and partners• Support go-to-market activities by enabling Sales, Support, and Customer Success with strong product context and launch readiness Position Requirements What You'll Bring: • Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum principles and best practices• Proven ability to translate high-level requirements into clear, actionable product work• Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and visual—especially in remote environments• Experience working closely with engineering teams on complex software products• Customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering meaningful value• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively Nice to Have:• Experience working on SaaS or enterprise software products• Familiarity with Java-based web applications or modern web architectures• Experience presenting to internal or external audiences (demos, customer briefings, conferences)• Previous experience working in fully remote or distributed teams Experience & Education• 5+ years of experience in a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role preferred• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience At JAGGAER, we are committed to supporting you and your family’s well-being.
