The Senior Services Manager is responsible for overseeing service operations Nationwide. This role is responsible for building a comprehensive national Services & Repair program from the ground up. The ideal candidate will establish the program’s strategic framework, develop scalable processes, and build a high-performing team to execute operational excellence nationwide. This position will lead the full lifecycle of team creation including hiring, training, coaching, and ongoing development to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery across all markets. Key Responsibilities of a Senior Services Manager: Will be responsible for building and implementing a national service program from the ground up. Develop and execute strategic business plans for a national service team. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Service Technicians and Subcontractors. Ownership of all service-related tasks and rework operations, ensuring that each activity is executed with precision and adherence to quality standards. This includes coordinating with team members to streamline processes, optimize workflow, and effectively address any challenges that may arise during service and rework activities. Act as a point of escalation for complex service issues. Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of the national services team to ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) are met. Identify areas for improvement by conducting regular assessments and implementing necessary adjustments to enhance overall service delivery. Partner with Senior Production Managers across the nation to address service concerns at the root cause. Ensure compliance with safety regulations. Responsible for building out national service team; hiring, performance management, coaching, training and disciplinary action. The Senior Services Manager is a hybrid positions. Candidates should reside near active markets, including Phoenix AZ, Tucson AZ, Portland OR, Seattle WA, St. Louis MO, Atlanta GA, Miami FL, Detroit MI, Chicago IL, Chino CA or San Francisco CA. Other duties as assigned. Compensation for the Senior Services Manager: $115,000+ Based on experience and bonus potential. Qualifications & Experience of a Senior Services Manager 7+ years of experience in a service leadership role, preferably within the construction, plumbing, HVAC, or bath industries Proven experience building and implementing a national service program from the ground up. Strong background in plumbing or construction; journeyman-level experience is highly preferred. Experience managing teams and service operations across multiple markets. Comfortable handling escalated customer issues and ensuring timely, professional resolution. Skilled in people management, including hiring, coaching, and developing teams. High level of accountability, with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility. Possess strong interpersonal and communication abilities. Demonstrate exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills. Capable of performing under pressure and managing stress effectively. Must be highly organized and capable of multitasking.
