A company is looking for a Bilingual Human Resources Manager. Key Responsibilities • Lead and direct the HR department's routine functions, focusing on analysis, reporting, and compliance • Manage the hiring process in collaboration with Talent Acquisition, including recruitment and onboarding • Administer HR programs and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and employment laws Required Qualifications • 5+ years of experience as a Human Resources Manager in a Multi-Site Manufacturing or Construction environment • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a must • PHR or SPHR Certification preferred • Thorough knowledge of HR functions, including analysis, recruitment, and employee relations • Experience with California employment laws and regulations
