Jacobs is seeking a Project Systems Specialist with a strong background in Oracle Primavera Unifier to join our dynamic PMIS team. This is an opportunity for a tech-savvy professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about optimizing project systems. Key Responsibilities • Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for Unifier. • Configure and customize Unifier modules, including workflows, forms, reports, and dashboards. • Work with project stakeholders to define and implement business processes within Unifier. • Collaborate with IT and development teams to troubleshoot and resolve system issues. • Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to end-users. • Develop test plans and perform system testing to ensure quality and efficiency. • Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements for optimization. • Document system configurations, process workflows, and training materials. • Stay updated on Oracle Unifier updates and best practices. • Ensure data integrity and security within Unifier. This position will be opened for at least 3 days. Here's what you'll need • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field • Minimum 5 years of Project Controls experience • At least 2+ years of experience focused on Unifier • Strong understanding of Oracle Primavera Unifier, including configuration and administration • Experience with business process design and optimization, including proficiency in project management systems • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks Ideally You'll Also Have • Unifier Implementation Specialist certification • Experience in construction, engineering, IT, or capital projects Our health and welfare benefits are designed to invest in you, and in the things you care about.
