Jacobs is seeking a Project Systems Specialist with a strong background in Oracle Primavera Unifier to join our dynamic PMIS team. This is an opportunity for a tech-savvy professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about optimizing project systems. Key Responsibilities • Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for Unifier. • Configure and customize Unifier modules, including workflows, forms, reports, and dashboards. • Work with project stakeholders to define and implement business processes within Unifier. • Collaborate with IT and development teams to troubleshoot and resolve system issues. • Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to end-users. • Develop test plans and perform system testing to ensure quality and efficiency. • Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements for optimization. • Document system configurations, process workflows, and training materials. • Stay updated on Oracle Unifier updates and best practices. • Ensure data integrity and security within Unifier. This position will be opened for at least 3 days. Here's what you'll need • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field • Minimum 5 years of Project Controls experience • At least 2+ years of experience focused on Unifier • Strong understanding of Oracle Primavera Unifier, including configuration and administration • Experience with business process design and optimization, including proficiency in project management systems • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks Ideally You'll Also Have • Unifier Implementation Specialist certification • Experience in construction, engineering, IT, or capital projects Our health and welfare benefits are designed to invest in you, and in the things you care about. And certain roles may be eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, performance discretionary bonus, and stock. The base salary range for this position is $68,400.00 to $114,800.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
