Your impact We're looking for a Project Management Intern to join our Life Sciences team in Conshohocken, PA. Join us and you’ll have the chance to work on state-of-the-art Life Sciences Facilities. As an intern with our team we’ll rely on you to assist our teams on critical projects while fostering a culture of continuous learning and inclusion. You’ll work alongside professional engineers and designers, gaining exposure to project coordination, relevant computer-assisted engineering software, data collection and more. Under the guidance of the Project Manager you will analyze project progress and monitor resources appropriately to streamline project efficiency and maximize deliverable outputs. When necessary you will assist in adapting scope, timelines, and costs to achieve maximum benefit. You'll support the coordination and delivery of projects including design, schedule, quality, contracts, budgeting, etc. ensuring all parts of an assigned project are processed, organized, and progressing according to predetermined timelines and deliverable dates.  Your multi-discipline, highly interactive team will develop and deliver small- and large-scale capital projects. They will depend on you to develop and maintain project performance databases/tools that track overall progress and specific milestones including meeting notes, action lists, decision logs, etc.  Excellent communication skills--both written and verbal--will be critical in this position as you will be required to communicate to both internal and external stakeholders in a professional and efficient manner. To be successful you will also need exceptional problem solving and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with all levels of internal Jacobs staff and team members across disciplines and geographies. Here's what you'll need • Currently enrolled in a degree seeking Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Industrial related disciplines  • Experienced in Microsoft Office Tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, andTeams • Exposure to 3D CAD software/tools, e.g., Revit, Navisworks,Revisto  Ideally, you’ll also have • 3.0+ GPA • Previous relevant internship experience • Experience with 3D CAD software, Revit, Navisworks, Revisto, etc • Rising Senior or Master's student Our health and welfare benefits are designed to invest in you, and in the things you care about. The base salary range for this position is $50,000.00 to $65,000.00; though will be paid hourly based on hours worked. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
