We are looking for a dynamic Lead Water/Wastewater Project Manager to join our innovative team, where you'll play a vital role in delivering significant, iconic projects. You will lead our local project teams, backed by robust resources and international technical support, to offer groundbreaking and sustainable solutions for our clients. In this position, you will have the opportunity to: • Lead and mentor project staff, fostering an environment of learning and collaboration. • Build and maintain long-term client relationships. • Pursue and strategize new work opportunities, including proposals and contract negotiations. • Collaborate with diverse, multi-discipline teams, sharing your expertise while also learning from others. Your role requires: • Bachelor's Degree in civil, environmental, chemical, or mechanical engineering. • Understanding of drinking water treatment, wastewater treatment, master planning, conveyance and storage, and treatment processes and technologies. • Experience in multi-discipline design management. • Excellent written and oral communication skills. • Self-motivation and an initiative-driven attitude to tackle challenges effectively. • Project management experience specific to water/wastewater infrastructure studies and designs. • A proven track record of establishing solid client relationships. • A Professional Engineer (PE) License. Ideally, you will also have: • 15+ years of advancing experience in engineering and project management. • A Master’s Degree in civil, environmental, chemical, or mechanical engineering. • Experience in process mechanical design and readiness to take on a lead role if needed.
