Full Description

We are a fast-growing company looking for an experienced Freelance Recruiter to support our hiring efforts on a project basis. You will partner closely with our People & Culture team and Hiring Managers to drive end-to-end recruiting for a variety of roles across the organization and across regions. Manage the full recruitment cycle for assigned roles, from intake meetings, sourcing, and screening to coordination with hiring managers. Build strong candidate pipelines through active sourcing on LinkedIn and other channels. Map the talent market to identify high-potential candidates, niche skill sets, and new sourcing channels. Conduct structured interviews and assess candidate fit based on role requirements and company culture. Act as a trusted advisor to the Recruiting Lead and Hiring Managers, providing market insights and recommendations. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process. Maintain accurate updates in our ATS and provide weekly progress reports. 2-3 years experience in full-cycle recruiting (in-house, agency, or freelance). Proven track record sourcing and hiring for tech and commerical roles within Healthcare IT. Strong sourcing skills (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, market mapping). Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders. Ability to work independently, manage multiple searches, and deliver results quickly. Experience with ATS tools, especially Workable, is a plus. Ability to commit a minimum of 10 hours per week to ongoing recruiting projects. Flexible, remote freelance project work.
