This professional position supports our strategic AT&T Business partnership by proactively managing account enrollment and activation, ensuring a seamless transition and superior experience for commercial clients. As an Entry Level Customer Associate, you will receive training on AT&T's cutting-edge products and strict documentation protocols to master the role. You'll help drive client acquisition efficiency and precision as our client activation specialist. Your work involves professional coordination to guide businesses toward maximizing their new AT&T Business investment. Role Requirements for an Entry Level Customer Associate • Systematically guide new business clients through the necessary steps to complete and activate their customized AT&T solutions. • Ensure absolute accuracy in all high-volume data entry for contract details, client information, and service specifications into internal CRM systems. • Act as the administrative link between the sales closing team and the client, proactively troubleshooting minor documentation or account issues to maintain efficiency. • Serve as a reliable point of contact, patiently addressing final client questions regarding services, pricing, or terms to build immediate confidence and trust. • Diligently track and report on all enrollment milestones, administrative progress, and pipeline metrics to support campaign continuity and efficiency.
