Role Overview: We are currently seeking qualified candidates for two employed positions in Vermont: a Laborist and a Gynecologist (Gyn-only). What You'll Do: - You will provide comprehensive labor and delivery care in a single hospital setting with state-of-the-art equipment. - You will work a 7 on/7 off schedule, ensuring focused patient care and balanced personal time. - You will manage gynecological cases with a 4-day work week and no on-call responsibilities. - You will split your time between clinic and operating room, with ample OR time to perform procedures. - You will collaborate with a stable group of tenured and new providers to deliver high-quality patient care. - You will participate in continuous professional development and contribute to a positive team environment. What You Bring: - You have an MD or DO degree with board certification or eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology. - You possess at least 3 years of clinical experience in laborist or gynecological practice. - You have strong clinical skills in labor and delivery management or gynecologic surgery. - You demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork abilities. - You are licensed or eligible for medical licensure in Vermont. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a hospital laborist program. - Familiarity with advanced medical equipment and electronic health records. - Loan repayment experience or eligibility. - Prior experience in a stable group practice setting.
