Role Overview: We are currently seeking two distinct employed positions in Vermont: a Laborist and a Gynecologist (Gyn-only). What You'll Do: - You will provide laborist coverage on a 7 on/7 off schedule, managing labor and delivery cases with no high-risk patients. - You will deliver comprehensive gynecological care in a stable group setting, focusing on clinic and OR responsibilities. - You will collaborate with a team of tenured and new providers to ensure high-quality patient care. - You will utilize state-of-the-art equipment and facilities to enhance patient outcomes. - You will maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with hospital policies. - You will participate in continuous professional development and quality improvement initiatives. - You will contribute to a positive work environment by fostering teamwork and communication. What You Bring: - You will have a valid medical license to practice in Vermont. - You will possess board certification or eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology. - You will have at least 3 years of clinical experience in laborist or gynecological roles. - You will demonstrate strong clinical judgment and patient management skills. - You will have excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a single hospital coverage model. - Familiarity with advanced labor and delivery equipment and technology. - Prior experience in a no-call or reduced-call work schedule. - Loan repayment experience or eligibility.
