Job Title: Laborist and Gynecologist (Gyn-only) Positions Company Overview: Jackson Physician Search is a leading healthcare recruitment firm dedicated to connecting talented medical professionals with exceptional career opportunities across the United States. Role Overview: We are currently seeking qualified candidates for two employed positions in Vermont: a Laborist and a Gyn-only Gynecologist. What You'll Do: - You will provide laborist coverage on a 7 on/7 off schedule, managing low to moderate risk deliveries. - You will deliver high-quality obstetric care in a single hospital setting equipped with state-of-the-art technology. - You will join a stable group of tenured and new providers as a Gyn-only specialist with a 4-day work week and no call responsibilities. - You will manage a balanced schedule of 3 clinic days and 1 OR day, ensuring ample operative time. - You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes. - You will participate in continuous professional development and quality improvement initiatives. - You will maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with hospital policies. What You Bring: - You have an MD or DO degree with board certification or eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology. - You possess at least 3 years of clinical experience in laborist or gynecologic practice. - You have excellent clinical judgment and the ability to manage moderate-risk obstetric cases. - You demonstrate strong communication and teamwork skills. - You are licensed or eligible for licensure in Vermont. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a laborist model or hospitalist OB setting. - Familiarity with advanced surgical techniques and minimally invasive gynecologic procedures. - Prior experience in a stable group practice environment. - Loan repayment eligibility or experience.
