Job Title: Laborist and Gyn-Only Physician Opportunities Company Overview: Jackson Physician Search is a leading healthcare recruitment firm dedicated to connecting talented physicians with exceptional career opportunities across the United States. Role Overview: We are currently seeking qualified physicians for two exciting employed positions in Vermont. The Laborist role offers a balanced 7 on/7 off schedule with single hospital coverage and state-of-the-art equipment, while the Gyn-only position provides a 4-day work week with no call, focusing on clinic and OR time within a supportive and stable group. What You'll Do: - You will provide comprehensive laborist coverage with a focus on low to moderate risk patients. - You will manage patient care efficiently during your 7 on/7 off schedule. - You will collaborate with hospital staff to ensure high-quality obstetric services. - You will participate in clinic and OR duties as part of the Gyn-only position. - You will contribute to a stable and collegial group environment. - You will utilize advanced medical equipment and technology to enhance patient outcomes. - You will maintain compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards. - You will engage in continuous professional development and training opportunities. What You Bring: - You must have an MD or DO degree with board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology. - You should have at least 3 years of clinical experience in laborist or gynecologic practice. - You need to possess excellent clinical judgment and patient management skills. - You must be licensed or eligible for medical licensure in Vermont. - You should demonstrate strong communication and teamwork abilities. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a single hospital laborist model. - Familiarity with advanced obstetric and gynecologic surgical techniques. - Prior experience in a no-call or reduced-call practice setting. - Loan repayment experience or interest in loan repayment programs.
