Job Title: Laborist and Gynecologist (Gyn-only) Positions Company Overview: Jackson Physician Search is a leading healthcare recruitment firm dedicated to connecting talented medical professionals with exceptional career opportunities across the United States. Role Overview: We are currently seeking qualified candidates for two employed positions in Vermont: a Laborist and a Gyn-only Gynecologist. What You'll Do: - You will provide comprehensive labor and delivery care in a single hospital setting with state-of-the-art equipment. - You will work a 7 on/7 off schedule for the Laborist position, ensuring focused patient care during your shifts. - You will manage gynecological cases with a 4-day work week and no on-call responsibilities for the Gyn-only role. - You will participate in clinic and operating room duties, balancing 3 days in clinic and 1 day in the OR. - You will collaborate with a stable group of tenured and new providers to deliver high-quality patient care. - You will contribute to maintaining a supportive and efficient work environment. - You will engage in continuous professional development and stay updated with the latest medical practices. What You Bring: - You will have an MD or DO degree with board certification or eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology. - You will possess at least 3 years of clinical experience in labor and delivery or gynecology. - You will have excellent clinical skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. - You will demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills. - You will be licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of Vermont. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a hospital-based laborist program. - Familiarity with advanced medical equipment and electronic health records. - Prior experience in a group practice setting. - Interest in participating in quality improvement initiatives.
