Position Summary The Senior Vice President & Chief Operating Officer (COO) leads operational execution, performance discipline, and commercial outcomes for HWL Technologies. Reporting to the President and partners closely with HWL Executive Leadership, the HWLT CTO, and Operating teams. This executive translates enterprise strategy into predictable delivery, measurable results, and scalable growth. The COO oversees day-to-day operations, aligns technology delivery with business priorities, and drives revenue enablement — including scaling a differentiated VMS platform and launching marketplace-enabled capabilities — while ensuring stability, compliance, and customer trust. Key Responsibilities Lead operational strategy, governance, and execution to support scalable growth and reliable delivery. Partner with the CTO to align technology delivery with business priorities and customer commitments. Define and manage performance metrics including ROI, delivery predictability, cost efficiency, and customer outcomes. Oversee post-sales execution to drive retention, value realization, and customer satisfaction. Integrate priorities across Sales, Operations, Finance, Technology, and Customer Success. Ensure regulatory, security, and data protection compliance. Own operational execution and commercial performance of strategic platform expansion initiatives (MSP + marketplace). Required Experience 10+ years of senior leadership experience scaling technology-enabled businesses, ideally in regulated or complex environments. Proven ability to translate strategy into measurable business outcomes. Experience leading cross-functional teams across technology, operations, finance, and commercial functions. Healthcare technology, workforce management, SaaS, or platform business experience preferred. Leadership Profile Strong strategic, commercial, and operational leadership.
