Overview Kimedics, LLC is one of LocumTenens.com families of companies. Kimedics is building workforce solutions for healthcare staffing to help operations teams and clinicians spend less time on administrative tasks and more time on patient care. With the growing clinician shortage, medical groups have to rely on collaboration with their clinician networks and staffing partner organizations to fill their schedule efficiently - and without the right tool this can get incredibly complicated and expensive fast. We help them organize and optimize their practice staffing and scheduling operations! We have built a full-stack end-to-end solution consisting of roster management, credentialing and document task templates, scheduling apps, pay calculation automation and analytics dashboards that empower healthcare organizations to optimize their schedule and rosters for the best fit and cost optimized schedule. The Director, Enterprise Customer Advisor, provides support to clients with product adoption and ongoing use. This role maintains relationships with accounts at all levels, including executive sponsors and decision makers. The Director works with clients to gather feedback, improve product adoption, provide support, address issues, and gain additional business through upselling. This role requires strong relationship management skills, the ability to drive product adoption, resolve client issues, and identify growth opportunities within assigned accounts. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES: Account Management - 70% Provides strategic, advisory guidance to clients to achieve successful adoption of Kimedics’ product Identifies complex issues preventing client success and offers SME (subject matter expert) support in partnership with client Works side by side with client executives to work through product adoption and success Meets regularly with client sponsor to ensure client satisfaction Identifies potential future needs with existing clients by building and maintaining business relationships Ensures client needs are satisfied and that they are informed of new products and price changes Resolves client requests, complaints, and issues together with other customer success team members Able to draw executive customers into product planning round tables and VOC (Voice of customer) sessions Upselling - 30% Forms relationships across customer executive teams to introduce and qualify growth opportunities. Reviews customer activity and dashboard regularly to find upselling opportunities Identifies change management, consulting and or MSP opportunities for Venn Develops cross-functional across Jackson Healthcare who supports customers in different functional roles Identifies customer’s strategic objectives and positions Kimedics as a solution to be considered when relevant Conducts strategic check-in with high level executives at least once per year SECONDARY FUNCTIONS (IF APPLICABLE) May work on special projects or other duties as assigned May assist during the sales process with leads/deals May assist marketing with best practices and industry related collateral May lead team scorecard initiatives, company innovations, contests, etc. May participate in roundtable meetings May send appropriate targeted marketing materials to clients as needed SUPERVISORY/BUDGETARY/EXTERNAL COMMUNICATION RESPONSIBILITY Subject matter expert, may serve as a formal mentor for less experienced associates Ability to provide leadership Communicates with external vendors and service providers as needed QUALIFICATIONS – EDUCATION, WORK EXPERIENCE, CERTIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in a related field required, MBA or advanced certifications in Customer Success and Enterprise Sales, preferred 8+ year(s) of related experience required, preferably in enterprise account management, customer success, or sales leadership Proven track record of driving renewals and upsell revenue in SaaS or healthcare tech Experience in healthcare staffing industry to be able to advise clients on best practices and tech adoption and change management KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: Ability to adhere to and exhibit the Company Values at all times Ability to effectively manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced sales environment Advance negotiation and consultive selling skills Exhibits a strong executive presence Strong business understanding and acumen Ability to negotiate and influence Ability to research leads and potential business opportunities Ability to mentor, train, and motivate others Ability to lead complex sales cycles and influence strategic decisions Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
