Overview The Program Headquarters Junior Project Manager is responsible for supervising, training, and evaluating call center program staff. This role supports a concierge-style customer experience and dealer offsite training initiatives. The Junior Project Manager oversees daily operations, ensuring quality, compliance, effective program execution, and accurate reporting. Work environment: On-site, Monday through Friday, at our Dearborn, MI office. Responsibilities * Participate in program planning, development, and implementation. * Manage program timelines and appropriately staff the call center to meet call volume needs. * Schedule and coordinate program personnel. * Monitor adherence to program guidelines and processes to maintain quality and accuracy. * Ensure the delivery of an exceptional, luxury-level client experience. * Communicate program updates, changes, and general information to the team. * Train staff on the program’s project database and processes. * Track and analyze call volume metrics. * Serve as a communication link among the account project manager, producers, and Program Headquarters Director. * Address issues promptly and communicate resolutions to both management and staff. Qualifications * 2–5 years of experience as a Project Manager or in a related role. * Automotive industry experience preferred. * Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience). * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Skilled in collaborative problem solving. * Friendly, positive, and adaptable demeanor. * Service-oriented mindset with strong leadership qualities. * Client-focused and highly organized.
