What you will do: • Administer and support Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, and Active Directory. • Own Tier 3+ escalations, troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues. • Enhance security posture across client environments, including EDR/XDR/MDR and SIEM. The ideal candidate: • 5+ years of experience in a Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment. • Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, and Active Directory. • Strong networking background with a security-first mindset and excellent troubleshooting skills.
