The Practice Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional patient care. Duties include scheduling, billing, financial management, and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations. The Practice Manager will also work on improving operational efficiency, patient satisfaction, and meeting revenue goals. Qualifications • Management and leadership skills to oversee staff and clinic operations • Experience in financial management, budgeting, and billing • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to improve operational efficiency and patient satisfaction • Problem-solving and decision-making skills • Experience with scheduling and administrative tasks • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field preferred • Experience in aesthetics or healthcare industry is a plus
