Blend of cost accounting, operations analytics, and FP&A in a growing, dynamic organization. Opportunity to own item costing, monitor manufacturing performance, and support leadership with meaningful financial insights. Cross-functional visibility with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Finance leadership. What You'll Actually Do: • Maintain item costs to ensure accurate ingredient, labor, and overhead components • Analyze and audit actual manufacturing costs; prepare reports comparing standard vs. actual costs • Monitor production yield and evaluate results against standard yield metrics • Assess labor and overhead performance compared to budgeted or standard costs • Participate in defining manufacturing performance standards and leverage the ERP system to support costing accuracy • Track unit and production cost variances and provide variance analysis as needed • Produce ad hoc financial analysis to support business and operational leadership • Gather and evaluate data across manufacturing processes to understand cost drivers and variances • Develop and distribute weekly/monthly KPI reporting for the Supply Chain team • Support operations at the new Texas facility to ensure efficient, cost-effective start-up and ongoing performance • Participate in special projects and additional duties as assigned To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Need: • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Operations, Logistics or Finance • 3+ years of progressive finance experience within manufacturing required /CPG preferred • ERP knowledge in a manufacturing environment; SAP highly preferred • Proven experience in cost analysis, cost accounting, or similar operations-finance roles • Strong data analysis abilities with the capacity to identify trends and recommend improvements • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills Where and How Much: • Target Compensation: $100k plus bonus • Dallas Fort Worth area/full-time on-site • Comprehensive benefit package | 401K w/match | 3 weeks PTO
