Compensation: $26.00 - $28.00/hour (based on experience) (after the temporary period benefits are available including 401k with a 6% match and annual discretionary match up to 2%, 1 day/month sick leave, and 72 hours of paid vacation time) Schedule: Monday, Tuesday & Thursday, 7:30 am - 4:00 pm (30-minute unpaid meal break) Overview: J. Kent Staffing is searching for a Temp-to-Hire part-time Administrative Assistant for a well-established, highly respected, private investment management company. Our client has approximately 20 employees working for several related business entities in their beautiful, custom built office in Cherry Creek. Position Overview: The Administrative Assistant reports to the Vice President of Operations and Human Resources and is responsible for, acting as the building receptionist, performing routine clerical and administrative tasks, performing routine accounts payable tasks purchasing supplies and maintaining cleanliness and organization of building kitchens and workout rooms. This position requires an individual who is professional, organized, detail oriented and a pleasant disposition. The ideal candidate will have recent corporate administrative/clerical experience and advanced MS Office skills. Specific Tasks: • Manage reception area, maintain a welcoming and professional work environment • Great all visitors in a professional manner • Answer, screen and direct incoming phone calls • Maintain conference room calendars • Set-up conference rooms • Order catering • Plan special events • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries • Order, and maintain adequate office supplies • Prepare correspondence • Coordinate mailings • Provide detailed administrative and clerical support • Prepare credit card reconciliations using Concur • Maintain building laundry (workout room towels • Maintain kitchens • Assist with special projects, as requested Qualifications: • College degree • 3+ years' administrative support experience • Bookkeeping or light accounting experience • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks • Advanced MS Office skills, specifically Word and Excel • Friendly with a professional demeanor • Willingness to be flexible and help whenever/wherever needed • Sensitivity to confidential matters is required Dress Code: Business casual (nice jeans ok), but business professional when there are meeting or clients in the office Parking: Free parking lot and parking garage J.
