Job Overview We are looking for a reliable and motivated Machine Operator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who values teamwork, professionalism, and continuous learning. You’ll have opportunities to grow your skills through hands-on experience and supportive leadership. Key Responsibilities: • Review work orders, materials, specifications, and tolerances to plan machining. • Set up and adjust machine programs, offsets, and reference points using measurement and calculation skills. • Process orders based on customer specifications. • Inspect parts for accuracy using tape measures, micrometers, and established quality procedures. • Troubleshoot machine issues, perform basic maintenance, and assist with preventive maintenance. • Document production activities, inspections, and shift updates. • Maintain a safe and clean work environment (OSHA, PPE, and safety procedures). • Operate a forklift (current certification or willingness to obtain). • Perform other duties as assigned. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Ability to calculate requirements using basic math, geometry, and trigonometry. • CNC Machine experienced REQUIRED • Ability to read blueprints and work instructions. • Experience with Microsoft Office. • Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly. • Strong attention to detail, honesty, and integrity. • Must be 18 years or older. • Must pass a background check and drug test.
