Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients while assisting the sales team in achieving their goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-centric attitude, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Duties • Provide outstanding customer support through various channels including phone, email, and chat. • Assist clients with inquiries regarding products, services, and order status. • Conduct outbound calling to follow up on leads and gather customer feedback. • Maintain accurate data entry of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. • Collaborate with the sales team to prepare quotes, proposals, and presentations. • Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate cash handling procedures are followed. • Utilize Microsoft Office tools for documentation and reporting purposes. • Analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance client satisfaction. • Exhibit excellent phone etiquette while managing high volumes of calls in a call center environment. Experience • Previous experience in sales support or customer service roles is preferred. • Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus, particularly in English and other languages. • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. • Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry. • Proven ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues alike. • Experience in outbound calling and call center operations is advantageous. • Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and provide effective solutions.
