Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Manager specializing in Drive Technology, with a focus on Gears and Winches, located in Mundelein, IL. The role involves a combination of onsite and remote work. The Sales Manager will lead business development activities, manage client relationships, and identify opportunities to expand market share. Day-to-day tasks include strategizing sales plans, negotiating contracts, collaborating with technical teams to ensure client requirements are fulfilled, and analyzing market trends to develop effective sales strategies. The role also involves training and mentoring the sales team while maintaining an in-depth understanding of product offerings and emerging technologies in the drive technology space. Qualifications • Sales and Business Development skills, including creating strategies, generating leads, managing client accounts, and negotiating contracts. • Technical expertise in Drive Technology, particularly related to Gears and Winches. • Market Analysis and Trend Identification skills, with the ability to deliver sales insights and adapt strategies to remain competitive. • Strong Communication and Collaboration skills for effective client relations and team leadership. • Proven ability to work in a hybrid work environment, demonstrating self-management and productivity both on-site and remotely. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. • Previous sales experience in a similar field is highly beneficial. • Familiarity with CRM tools and digital sales platforms is a plus.
