Role Overview: As a Regulatory Analyst Coder for our Publication Surveillance project, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of regulatory publications. This position requires a detail-oriented professional who can analyze, code, and manage regulatory documents to support our clients' compliance efforts. What You'll Do: - You will review and analyze regulatory publications to ensure compliance with industry standards. - You will code and categorize regulatory documents accurately for surveillance tracking. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project goals and timelines. - You will maintain detailed records and documentation for audit readiness. - You will identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions to improve data quality. - You will assist in preparing reports and presentations for stakeholders. - You will stay updated on regulatory changes and industry best practices. - You will occasionally travel to the Hyattsville, MD office as needed. What You Bring: - You bring at least 3 years of experience in regulatory analysis or coding. - You have strong attention to detail and analytical skills. - You possess excellent written and verbal communication abilities. - You are proficient with regulatory databases and coding software. - You have the ability to work independently and as part of a remote team. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with publication surveillance or regulatory affairs in the pharmaceutical or biotech industries. - Familiarity with FDA regulations and submission processes. - Knowledge of data management and quality assurance practices. - Experience working in a hybrid remote and onsite work environment.
