Role Overview: As a Regulatory Analyst Coder for our Publication Surveillance project, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of regulatory publications. This position requires a detail-oriented professional who can analyze, code, and manage regulatory data to support our clients' publication needs. The role is primarily remote with occasional travel to our Hyattsville, MD office. What You'll Do: - You will analyze regulatory documents to identify key data points for coding and classification. - You will code and categorize publication data accurately to support surveillance activities. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and compliance. - You will monitor publication trends and report discrepancies or issues promptly. - You will assist in maintaining and updating regulatory databases. - You will support audit and quality control processes related to publication data. - You will communicate effectively with stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve issues. - You will stay current with regulatory guidelines and industry best practices. What You Bring: - You have at least 3 years of experience in regulatory analysis, coding, or a related field. - You possess strong attention to detail and analytical skills. - You have proficiency with regulatory databases and coding systems. - You demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills. - You are comfortable working independently and managing multiple tasks. - You have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as life sciences, regulatory affairs, or information management. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with publication surveillance or regulatory publishing. - Knowledge of FDA, EMA, or other global regulatory requirements. - Familiarity with data management software and tools. - Previous experience working in a remote or hybrid work environment.
