We're seeking an experienced Principal Enterprise Account Manager to join our growing North America sales team and help us build lasting partnerships with our clients. What you will do: • The Principal Enterprise Account Director will take ownership of revenue generation, develop new opportunities, manage pipeline, • Build & execute account strategies, close enterprise-level deals, and lead customer expansion for our award-winning technology • Manage and grow relationships with key enterprise and mid-market clients • Serve as primary point of contact-address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure client satisfaction • Develop account plans and identify opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, and renewal • Collaborate with the Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to deliver tailored solutions What you will bring: • The ability to sell Ivanti Solutions directly or via partners within the Western Region of the US. • Being the trusted advisor to the customer by understanding their existing and future IT initiatives. • Prospect qualification and the development of new sales opportunities and ongoing revenue streams. • Arrange and conduct initial Executive and CxO discussions and positioning meetings. • Sales process management and opportunity closure. • Ongoing account management to ensure customer satisfaction and drive additional revenue streams. • 7-10 years' experience selling enterprise software. • Experience in the MEDDPICC and Command the Message methodology. • Demonstrable track record of achieving sales targets. • Defined sales process & methodology to drive repeatable & predictable results. • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
