Why this role matters: As a Senior Customer Experience Project Manager at Ivanti, you’ll be at the heart of delivering mission-critical solutions for leading organizations. You'll coordinate with cross-functional teams, guide customers through every phase of project delivery, and ensure we consistently exceed client expectations. Your work will directly influence how customers experience Ivanti’s cutting-edge products and drive ongoing value for users around the world. What you’ll do: Develop and manage detailed project plans, including resource estimates, schedules, budgets, and change management strategies Lead project delivery against defined plans, objectives, and budgets Report on project status, progress against milestones, and key risks to both customers and internal stakeholders Manage project scope and adapt to changes using established PMO processes Build strong relationships with key customer contacts and earn their trust through high-quality delivery and insight Promote the benefits and value of Ivanti solutions and actively identify opportunities to expand our impact Partner with the PMO team in strategic planning, process improvements, and operational changes What you will bring: Minimum 3 years of professional project management experience Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Experience with Office 365 products and Professional Services Automation tools (e.g., FinancialForce, Mavenlink, Kimble, OpenAir PSA) is a plus PMP certification preferred, or a desire to pursue certification Ability to interpret data and effectively manage resources Why Ivanti?
