Job Description: We’re seeking an Account Manager (AI Products) to join our Post-Sales team. In this role, you will manage client relationships, oversee deliverables, and coordinate across internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and ongoing client success for our AI solutions. You’ll balance strategic account management with hands-on project coordination, acting as the bridge between clients, Sales, Product, and Engineering. While you don’t need to be deeply technical, you must be able to understand and articulate how our technology creates business value and account ownership with a hands-on approach to troubleshooting and problem-solving. This role will report directly to the VP, Growth and will collaborate closely with the Sales, Engineering, and Product teams. Timezone: PST (you don't have to live in PST, but you will be expected to attend meetings in PST) Responsibilities: Client Management and Success Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders to drive adoption and results. Serve as the primary point of contact for client requests, questions, and issue resolution. Define project goals, milestones, and success metrics with clients. Partner with Sales to develop win strategies for renewals and upsells. Support Sales in pre-sales enablement and product positioning. Ensure smooth handoffs from Sales to Post-Sales for all new clients. Project, Budget and Timeline Ownership: Lead project implementation, scoping, documentation, and planning with internal teams. Track progress, budgets, and risks, proactively communicating updates to clients and teams. Coordinate internal resources to deliver on client goals and remove roadblocks. Problem-Solving and Enablement: Partner with Product and Engineering to ensure client goals are accurately translated into deliverables and technical solutions. Deliver feedback and field insights to Product and Engineering for roadmap improvement. Support clients with configuration troubleshooting and product walkthroughs. Deliver clear product demos and user-enablement sessions. We are looking for a customer-focused individual who cares about delivering great software product experiences to clients, can manage relationships with business and technical stakeholders, is creative in their outlook to solving problems, and also considers the details. If you have the following experience, then we’d love to hear from you: 4+ years in account management, client success, or project delivery (ideally in SaaS or AI/tech-enabled products). Proven ability to manage complex projects across multiple stakeholders. Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to manage conversations with customers, both technical and non-technical in nature Experience in managing multiple stakeholders and projects Highly organized, analytical, and proactive problem solver. Proficiency in PowerPoint (or Google Slides) and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Notion, or similar). Nice-to-have Experience: Familiarity with data modeling (whether SQL schema, GraphQL types, MongoDB, etc) and data schemas and visualization Experience in Sales/Technical Sales or working closely with those teams
