Full Description
Overview Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Location: Neuroscience Center Work Arrangement: • First 90 days of training are fully onsite. • Upon successful completion of training, the role may transition to a hybrid schedule, with one day per week remote. Role Overview: This position provides essential administrative and technical support to leaders and their teams. Primary responsibilities include support with patient scheduling and responding to inquiries as appropriate. The role operates with basic guidance and is expected to address routine administrative and technical issues independently. Medical office experience is highly desired. Qualifications: • High School Diploma or GED required • 0–3+ years of relevant experience; prior administrative experience preferred • Experience in a matrixed organization or complex work environment is a plus • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) required
