Full Description

itD is seeking a Product Operations Specialist to lead and support complex product and regulatory operations initiatives that improve product quality, reliability, and user experience across large-scale platforms. This role plays a critical part in driving operational excellence by partnering with cross-functional teams to execute programs, mitigate risk, and deliver data-driven insights that inform product decisions. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in product operations, reliability initiatives, and program management, with a proven track record of improving outcomes through structured execution and operational rigor. Responsibilities: Lead and support execution strategy across multiple product and platform initiatives, including launching new (0-to-1) efforts, accelerating delivery, and improving product quality and outcomes. Design, implement, and continuously improve operational processes for incident detection, regression management, and reliability workflows. Collect, analyze, and interpret product and operational data to identify trends, risks, and actionable insights that inform business decisions. Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to clearly communicate findings and support stakeholder decision-making. Drive program management activities by identifying opportunities, anticipating challenges, predicting roadblocks, and executing mitigation plans. Proactively assess program and operational risks, define priorities, and communicate tradeoffs and updates to cross-functional stakeholders. Strengthen collaboration across product, engineering, legal, and operations teams to maintain alignment on priorities, execution plans, and product vision. Internal Responsibilities: Attend regular internal practice community meetings. Collaborate with your itD practice team on industry thought leadership. Complete client case studies and learning material (blogs, media material). Build out material to contribute to the Digital Transformation practice. Attend internal itD networking events (in person and virtual). Work with leadership on career fast-track opportunities. Required Qualifications and Skills: 8+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, operations, product operations, or equivalent program management roles. Proven experience supporting reliability initiatives and data incident investigations. Demonstrated ability to manage external vendors and partners to deliver operational excellence in incident response and reliability programs. Strong experience designing, implementing, and continuously improving complex operational processes and workflows. Advanced stakeholder management skills with demonstrated success driving cross-functional collaboration. Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with experience leveraging data to anticipate issues and drive solutions. Proven ability to manage risk, resolve conflicts, set priorities, and communicate effectively across diverse teams. Preferred Qualifications and Skills: Experience with data visualization and reporting tools. Prior Product Operations (Prod Ops) background. Experience supporting regression management, SEV handling, or operational reliability programs. Demonstrated ability to synthesize operational data and influence product or process improvements. Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, operations, finance, marketing, or project management) or equivalent work experience required.
