Full Description

Program Manager II itD is seeking a Program Manager II to support and scale Meta UXR’s global Vendor Procurement initiatives by driving operational excellence, process optimization, and data-informed decision-making. This role plays a critical part in enabling UX Research teams by developing scalable frameworks, maintaining accurate reporting and dashboards, and ensuring vendor procurement processes run efficiently across a fast-paced, global environment. The ideal candidate brings strong project management and data analysis expertise, along with a proven ability to operate independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional and senior stakeholders. Location: US Remote. The candidate must be able to report to their nearest Meta office during their third week after starting. After that, the role will continue fully remote. Contract Duration: ASAP start through 6/30/2026, with potential to extend Responsibilities Support and scale Meta UXR’s Vendor Procurement initiatives by developing reusable frameworks for tracking vendor usage, services, and global spend. Manage procurement-related projects to drive process optimizations, operational efficiency, and scalable solutions. Collaborate closely with the Procurement Program Manager to maintain accurate trackers and dashboards that inform insights and identify process gaps. Track, manage, and maintain oversight of procurement queues, timelines, and deliverables to ensure timely execution. Communicate procurement processes clearly and triage inquiries to support UX Researchers and internal stakeholders. Prepare and deliver regular reports and presentations (weekly, monthly, quarterly) highlighting key metrics and insights for leadership. Maintain up-to-date vendor resources, including SOPs, documentation, team wikis, and toolkits for UX Research teams. Partner on cross-functional initiatives and contribute to the development of innovative processes, frameworks, and reporting solutions. Internal Responsibilities Attend regular internal practice community meetings. Collaborate with your itD practice team on industry thought leadership. Complete client case studies and learning materials (blogs, media content). Build materials contributing to the Digital Transformation practice. Attend internal itD networking events (virtual and in person). Work with leadership on career growth and fast-track opportunities. Required Qualifications and Skills 2+ years of project or program management experience in fast-paced environments. Strong proficiency in data analysis and reporting using GSuite tools. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing priorities with strong attention to detail. Proven experience collaborating and communicating effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders in a global environment. Ability to gather requirements, understand stakeholder needs, and translate them into effective solutions. Bachelor’s degree required. Preferred Qualifications and Skills Prior experience in procurement, vendor management, or vendor operations. Experience with data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Salesforce). Background working with UX Research, compliance, operational risk, or vendor procurement teams. Experience operating in early-stage or highly ambiguous environments. Experience leveraging AI tools to streamline workflows, optimize processes, and improve operational efficiency. Education Bachelor’s degree required. Preferred fields include Business, Operations, Data Analytics, or a related discipline. Success in this role will be measured by: meeting project deadlines, maintaining accurate and actionable reporting, effectively supporting stakeholders, and driving continuous process improvements while embracing innovative, AI-enabled solutions.
