itD is seeking a Legal Operations Program Manager to support program management and operational coordination initiatives that enhance efficiency, visibility, and delivery across legal operations. This role contributes to organizational success by driving structured project execution, coordinating stakeholders, and supporting data-driven insights that inform operational maturity and decision-making. The ideal candidate brings strong program and operations experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams with precision and accountability. Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate legal operations projects, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and milestones are clearly defined and tracked. Coordinate interviews, meetings, and follow-ups with internal stakeholders and partners. Attend interviews and stakeholder meetings, contributing insights and value based on experience and program context. Capture, analyze, and maintain legal operations data, including completion of legal data inventories and assessment of operational maturity. Draft and maintain clear status updates, stakeholder communications, and presentation materials. Track deliverables, action items, and follow-ups to ensure timely completion and alignment across workstreams. Support additional program and operational tasks as assigned. Internal Responsibilities: Attend regular internal practice community meetings. Collaborate with your itD practice team on industry thought leadership. Complete client case studies and learning material (blogs, media material). Build out material to contribute to the Digital Transformation practice. Attend internal itD networking events (in person and virtual). Work with leadership on career fast-track opportunities. Required Qualifications and Skills: Proven experience in program management and/or operations roles within a corporate or professional services environment. Strong project coordination skills, including tracking timelines, deliverables, and dependencies. Experience supporting interviews, meetings, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement. Ability to collect, analyze, and synthesize operational data into actionable insights. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including drafting status updates and presentation materials. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on deliverables. Preferred Qualifications and Skills: Experience supporting legal operations or legal-adjacent programs. Familiarity with legal data inventories, process documentation, or operational maturity assessments. Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders in regulated or compliance-oriented environments. Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience required.
