At least two years of CRM marketing experience, proven sales growth, analytical skills, and team management experience.

Requirements: • At least two years of experience in CRM marketing. • A proven track record of exponential sales growth using CRM marketing, proprietary segmentation, and reporting techniques. • Analytical skills, product-based approach to selecting and testing hypotheses. • Focus on results (bottom line revenue). • Experience with traffic and email analytics systems. • English proficiency at level B2 or higher. Requirements • Develop and implement a CRM strategy for interacting with different customer segments. • Find optimal services and solutions for CRM marketing, integrate third-party services, and participate in the development of internal ones. • Segment and analyze the customer base. • Manage the CRM department: copywriters, email managers, and designers. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and plan activities jointly with school product managers. • Budget, plan, and monitor departmental performance indicators, and adjust strategies and tactics for internal communication channels with the customer base. • Develop and manage a webinar chain.
