Accounts Receivable Specialist / AR Coordinator HYBRID Join our client as an Accounts Receivable Specialist supporting a fast-moving, project-driven construction environment. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on accuracy, ownership, and keeping cash flow running smoothly. You’ll play a direct role in strengthening financial health while working in a supportive, collaborative team. Benefits & Extras • Hybrid schedule in Tuscaloosa, AL (flexible M–F, 8–5) • Significant room to grow within the company • Opportunity to join a growing construction/GC/HVAC-focused organization • Highly supportive team with strong collaboration • Autonomy and ownership of the full AR function • Stable company with long-term career pathways Compensation • $50,000–$60,000, based on experience What You’ll Be Doing • Manage full-cycle accounts receivable with precision • Prepare and issue invoices, statements, and supporting documentation • Monitor aging reports and proactively follow up on outstanding balances • Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies • Collaborate with project teams and accounting leadership • Maintain updated records in ERP and Excel What You’ll Need to Be Considered • Strong proficiency in Excel • Experience with ERP systems • Background in construction, GC, or HVAC environments • 2+ years of true AR experience • High attention to detail and accuracy • Collaborative, team-oriented communication style How To Apply We’d love to see your resume, but we don’t need it to have a conversation.
